Myself and three other students traveled to Honduras to follow the coffee process from “crop to cup.” We followed Growers First coffee from harvest in the mountains of Honduras to roasting in southern California, blogged along the way, and produced this brief documentary about the experience. I filmed and edited the documentary, helped write the script, and recorded the narration.
The footage was recorded using a Canon 7D and a Sennheisser MKE 400 shotgun microphone and edited in Final Cut Pro.
